@@robalex1818 thank you. Can I ask your opinion on power supplies. Would you go for one 48/10A or two 48/5A? What’s the difference? Is it sound quality or watts power from the amp?
Hey, just a quick comment. In another review, the reviewer stated that using just one 48V power supply with the splitter cable plugged into two of the V3 monoblocks resulted in noticeable noise (humming, buzzing, etc). He indicated that this early in production, that it is recommended that you use two separate power supplies, rather than just one with the splitter cable. Makes sense when you think about it. Perhaps, as the V3 monoblocks go into full scale production and are officially announced for sale at various venues, this issue may be fixed - who knows. On another matter - regarding the Op Amps - I originally purchased 6 of these Oracell versions because a year ago, because I was attracted to the very low price of these (running $19.95 to $15.95 depending on where you buy them). They are Chinese-made of course, and are listed as being discrete. I cannot even begin to tell you how disappointed I was in these - especially after using the wonderful discrete versions from Sparkos Labs and Burson. They made music sound dull, and in one case - using them in the older Aiyima A07 - were both dull and "steely" sounding. I finally had to just put them aside, gathering dust, and reinserted my Sparkos Labs versions back into those Class D amps (A07, A07 Max, V3, and ZA3) that I was trying the Oracell's in. I don't think anyone asked for those, they don't seem to do much of anything a ton of other products can do around the same price or cheaper. Of course they are awesome though, because they were free and it sounds like there was an obligation to put up a review. I barely followed any of it by the way, it was all over the place.
I would have loved to spend more time with them but they asked for a date, but people definitely did ask for them. As soon as the V3 came out. "can you monoblock it?" would be great if you could, etc etc
I mean here is the thing. An amp can be warm or harsh or neutral. This is neutral. Then it can be weak or strong. This is strong. If you need something more than that you are going to spend way more OR wait for some magic that I can't categorize into words. The "thing" that is hard to place. The old Loxjie A30 had it. The Orchard Audio stuff has it. Not many others reach those sort of "wow" heights so I usually tell people to just get a competent amp that works in their scenario, which this amp very much is. I can't wax lyrical about ever device's sound signature. Sometimes it is just purely Functionality that is the focus.
I mean I try to make money on every review so don't single out this one. I just didn't have much bad to say about them. They are relatively simple and well priced. When something comes along that stinks. You will know it.
Is it so difficult these days to produce a TH-cam review video without throwing in needless swearing? Obviously, it is! This just highlights your lack of class. When the V3 came out everyone wanted it to go mono. The ZA3 CAN go mono but this is less stuff, no volume, no 2nd channel to disable. The PURE monoblock life.

13:13 I think you need to start yelling in every video that plugging headphones directly into speaker amps is no longer something you support, it's been your go-to advice for hard-to-drive headphones for quite some time
Well AB and Class A amps are still fine. Just the Class D stuff is a bit sketch. My LA90d loves pushing everything even IEMs
I heard we are supposed to shame Zeos.
Shame!!
The Chinese power amps need to specify RMS power ratings instead of peak power!
25 mins at barely a word on actual sound quality... typical Zeos review.... entertaining but not overly informative.
Put fans on the trigger 12v
My monoblocks board run cool with 8ohm load.
You always have to put those juvenile stickers on everything! Your language is also juvenile and loooooooow class.....
def get two power supplies, one for each amp and thank me later
Someone has stock in Big Power
@@ZReviews resolves a distortion issue when using 1 power supply with the share power cable
@@ZReviews he has audio on what this issue sounds like, fixed by using separate power th-cam.com/video/PCFy5HXB6Qg/w-d-xo.html
It's going to be fixed...@@SlotHits777
5 or 10 amp if 2? Thanks
About 1850.00 too much!
A rush on 4/20 ? ....um OK, Bring Snacks.
Was this a review? Looks like old man ramblings !!!
Can you review things that aren't paying you? I miss candid Zeos, not punch pulling Zeos.
I dropped in here to see what you thought of the V3 mono's as I have a pair on order. Seems like I've wasted my time. I'm sure I'm probably in the minority for your viewership demographic, so take my feedback for what it's worth.
cantt believe this, more than 10 mins of the video is not even ralated to the amp... lol
Believe it
hope you can start discussing things direct to the point, after all you listeners are not new to this hobby... just a suggestion... focus on the purpose of the video... just my 2 cents
youve clearly never watched zeos before
@@sidraorane7684 i do and this confirms it... showing that he change for the mono vs the za3 but never compared it? come on... others were good and focused on the topic... the sabaj mono review was even better and more focused than this... even if he took time and moved to his home theater area...
I didn't really have enough time for my brain to sort out what I needed to say. Usually it takes a week but I only have the amplifiers for 2 days before this review had to go live. So I'm a bit all over the place
@ZReviews don't listen to this bozo, do your own shit. If they don't like it fuck 'em
And you must be new here...or here for the wrong reviewer after knowing what you got here
Come to the point, U r giving a headache withthe crap talk
Everyone Asked for Fosi V3? Not ZA3?
Really?
It is what it is 🤷
When the V3 came out everyone wanted it to go mono. The ZA3 CAN go mono but this is less stuff, no volume, no 2nd channel to disable. The PURE monoblock life.
@@ZReviews Ok I understand. I find the volume of the ZA3 extremely loud (I reduce the volume with the insoul XDUOO MT-602 tube) and the balance of the base is great. But the sound of these little D-amplifers are really amazing nowadays. PS: I also prefer Emotiva BasX MR1 11.2 for my home theater. A lot of value for the money
Frantic delivery. Not much useful information. Foul language throughout. Did not finish watching.
these should work great with a set of headphones...
We've already debunked class D unless they're under 16 ohms
@@ZReviews all you have to do is put a 5ohm resistor across the output terminals... this version has the built in filters also..... should be a good match for the Tungsten now....
The single bare unit is USD 750 with no power supply............................................. with power supply 980USD
I feel your mistaken..
thats for hong kong $
I love your videos, but this one you are totally confusing me. 🫤
Strange. I was actually trying to be more clear about who would get this and why. All the power and CHEAP. But you need to be OK with controlling the source.
