If so pwede ko collect then send thru Dhl isahan? Or sa last school nag attendan? Hayyyy Maam... instead of PRC, I had the NMC UK to validate my nursing license. Yung pinagkaiba kasi, hindi nagffillout ng 3F form ang NMC. Now it's a waiting game. I don't know if I have to play it safe and get verified by the PRC too.

@@bisayangOFW29 mam wala e upload kay ang school nag mail sa documents sa new york. Dapat mo request ka sa school ana ig hatag nimo sa form 1 ingna lang for NCLEX. Nya ila na e prepare og envelope na dapat sealed with address sa school. After e mail didto sa new york using DHL courier. Depende sa school kung sila na mo mail or kung ihatag nila nimo ang envelope ikaw magsend sa DHL

Meron din kasi form na dapat ipa sign sa skul po so mas okay if sabay nyo nalang din e request yung docs na naka sealed.

@@ellainecaraang i used PH address but problem is they will send your certificate there. Sa case ko tamamg timing lang kasi umuwi din ako so nasa Pinas ako when it was mailed. You can use UK address

Is electronic signed form f2 and form 3 seny by email yo your school and license body to your backhome is acceptable or if has to be printed out and signed hard copy sent??

Hi Mam . Baka po may alam kayo kung paano mag follow up sa nysed. I mailed all my requirements by month of August peru wala pa ring update until now. I’ve submitted request form sa website nila twice peru wala paring feedback.

@@bisayangOFW29 mam wala e upload kay ang school nag mail sa documents sa new york. Dapat mo request ka sa school ana ig hatag nimo sa form 1 ingna lang for NCLEX. Nya ila na e prepare og envelope na dapat sealed with address sa school. After e mail didto sa new york using DHL courier. Depende sa school kung sila na mo mail or kung ihatag nila nimo ang envelope ikaw magsend sa DHL
Ano address nilagay mo po ung sa UK or sa Pinas sa mga forms?
Pinas po pero pwede naman din po UK.
Kasi if Pinas, dun din po nila e send yung certificate once you pass.
