Bruh akaza was joking with rengoku if you saw the manga you would understand akaza is a billion times stronger then he showed he was playing with rengoku one of the reasons he know one of his insesters was his friend

To be fair to them Gyutaro is capable of being Upper Moon 4 it's just that Daki weighs him down, even Muzan said if it weren't for her Gyutaro would have killed them all within minutes if even. They are just lucky that Tengen was there who is a Big Dude who can handle the Poison better than all the other Hashiras ( except Gyomei of course ) otherwise if it was someone like Giyu or Muchiro all it would take is one Cut from Gyutaro and they would die within a Minute of being poisoned ( even though they two are much stronger than Tengen they cant handle the poison no where aswell as Tengen could ).
@@monkeyeknom527 stop saying that, gyutaro is 6th and that place is fine, gyutaro would never beat 5th even if he absorbed Daki's power. why? because in duels between moons, gyutaro's poison is useless against demons, only against humans, so he calmly loses against the 4th, I could think of the 5th, but not the 4th. It doesn't say that in the manga. they also don't make you understand that gyutaro is so strong that he deserves the 4th, they are just assumptions.
@@Crashvelo yo calm down muzan does say that daki was holding him back in the manga. Obviously he was just saying in his opinion he thinks gyutaro was upper moon 4 level.

Muzan only stated that Daki was holding him back, as in his growth because she would eat some of his meals and he didn't care about rankings and he would also just hide in her unless she needed his help. And what Muzan said was Gyutaro should have left the fight after he poisoned them as their would be no need to fight them after that. And having Daki there actually makes him stronger not weaker. Even Tengen points that out, Tengen even specifically tells him that and or else Gyutaro would actually absorb her into himself if she actually made him weaker. Gyutaro is also able to control Daki's movements see her vision and control her blood demon art, so yea she actually makes him stronger. Daki gives him access to greater vision, split people up in a fight so he doesn't have to worry about them alone, has access to both blood demon arts, which is why the attacks were so coordinated and why you see obi's and his blood scythes from both daki's and gyutaro's fights.

This was such a great episode. The animation, voice acting, and sound effects were all amazing. Everything was done so wonderfully. As a manga reader, Ufotable did NOT disappoint!! I’m so excited for the rest to be animated, though it’ll take years lol

Here’s an explanation of uzuis musical score: "Uzui has analyzed combat maneuvers to the point where he can read them like music sheets. He converts the rhythm of the enemy's attack into sound, so that every fight becomes a song. He hears repeated phrases and can attack between beats and during the rests, dancing with his opponent."
Basically Uzui is a master of Elden Ring.

The infinity castle arc with this level of animation and sound design is going to give me a heart attack. I actually may not survive through the season.

I f this fight is anything to go by then Infinity castle is going to be unbelievable and so will the Muzan fight.
The reason you see his body blow up like that was because he wasn't controlling his blood art. He unleash it at the same time his head came off so instead of making rotation slashes, it got out of uncontrol and went everywhere.
I love it when reactors really appreciate and go nuts on the animation we got in this episode! It is so hard to make just any basic animation, THIS WAS INSANE!! I had to rewind it 10 times during my first watch just to comprehend WTF I was watching. I kept on thinking "HOW IS THIS SHIT FREE TO WATCH?!".
Gyutaro's voice acting in the beginning is so UNDERRATED! He got under every fan's skin while being creepy AF!!!

just to explain Inosuke's case he has highly sensitive skin so he can perceive attacks from any direction and he moved his organs in tandem as he felt Gyuutaro's attack coming. he only shifted his heart slightly as alligators do that.

Someone mentioned that it took him a while because gyutaro is very unpredictable. That being said since martial arts has a more consistent style tengen would've been a better matchup for akaza. He'd have the musical score ready a lot faster

And there's this "battle spirit" that needs to be dealt with.
Just wanted to say, Rengoku was nowhere near beating Akaza. The fight was very flashy but Akaza was toying with him the entire time, even tried to recruit him. Akaza only got in trouble because of the sun and Rengoku wasn't letting go but Akaza couldve killed him at any moment if he was being serious. Yall can rewatch clips, he was just laughing the whole time.
Point being, many Hashira are not on the level of solo-ing Upper Moons which means the next fights are going to be even crazier from here on out since the next Moons are even stronger.

Akaza used like less than 50% of his power/techniques against Rengoku. While Rengoku put up one hell of a fight he was only close to killing Akaza through dumb luck and Akaza playing around too much.
He used less than 20% bro, only 1 demon destructive attack used out of 13

If you recall, jus before Gyutaro got beheaded, he said he hadto release his circular slashes. THAT'S what happened when he exploded..his body did his last command after the fact.

Akaza stated in the infinity fortress that he wouldn't get even stronger if he were to survive.
So it kind of indicates that he wouldn't have awaken the mark since he couldn't do it while he was fighting Akaza in a near death situation.

Gyutaro was getting his attack ready as he got beheaded, so since he couldn't control it anymore, the attack just went critical and wild all over the place.
This the only episode of a show that made me feel like I needed a cigarette after it ended

You missed the taisho secret scene where it talks about Tanjiro inherited that hard forehead from his mother and his mother headbutted a wild boar.
I find it funny that nobody remembers Demons can still fight back after they’ve been beheaded because the arrow demon was so long ago and seemed so inconsequential.

this episode is the best one out of any Demon Slayer arc so far, hands down.. that animation went frikin NUTS.. I had to rewatch that fight with Uzui few times before I was able to finish the episode.
This is just the upper 6 fight my man. Upper rank 3,2 and one in the infinity castle is gonna be like a 1000 times better. I read the Manga trust me, yall anime onlys in for a treat in the upcoming seasons

I was never really an anime only when it comes to Demon Slayer.. I tend to read the end of the manga when I start watching anime and then I might get to the rest too.. which I did.. I still have like 20 chapters unread, tho
Nice video, btw rengoku could've lost way earlier if akaza wasn't going easy on him and trying to reason with him into becoming a demon. Only time akaza was in danger was at the very end
And even that was just because of the imminent sun rise, not because of anything Rengoku did

@@oumarsarr4383 I think his point is that Akaza wasn't concerned about how he almost got beheaded half way through his neck, which any other demons will definitely be concern about that first. But that thought wasn't even crossed Akaza's mind and instead worrying about the Sun that might came up after he might potentially got beheaded first before getting burn by the Sun. On that note he was right that Akaza wasn't concern about Rengoku, and a hold is still just a hold, if he was able to break free anyway then what Rengoku did is still useless since he will break free the exact same way even if the Sun wasn't there, he was not about to sit there and get beheaded and only chose to jump because of the Sun when both scenario will both lead to his death.
@@laminkoma51Akaza looked shook as fuck when Rengoku went for his head. And even more shook when he couldn't leave. I'm just stating what I've seen and read. Also I'm not a Rengoku fanboy in case I'm coming off as one, just trying to figure out why people think Akaza would disrespect Rengoku, someone he thought could be his rival forever, by playing around with him, that doesn't seem like his style; I truly think he was trying to kill Rengoku when he deployed his compass needle. Rengoku was just no match for him at the time.

Gyutaro vs Uzui final fight definitely top that fight between Akaza vs Rengoku, its insane, UFOTABLE keep raising the bar high, now I can't imagine how epic the remaining battles between the Upper moons against hashiras and the very last fight against Muzan lol

And just for comparison, Tengen is stronger than Rengoku. Rengoku never had a chance against Akaza. He did not have a good fight. He couldn't do anything to a very unserious Akaza. And I'm going by the manga. He had one little tussle with akaza doing absolutely no damage. Then it was the Disorder vs Flame Tiger clash, in which Akaza only gets a shallow cut on his chest and Rengoku ended up with a crushed left eye, broken ribs, and internal bleeding. Then after Akaza let's Rengoku control his breathing they have their final clash Annihilation type vs 9th form Rengoku, which was just a death sentence or suicide for Rengoku. That was the only decent damage he did which cutting Akaza's shoulder and a the side of his head, but just got completely overwhelmed by his Annihilation type. And the mangaka making Akaza look worried at the end was for plot reasons so Rengoku could have his last talk with Tanjiro, because you know damn well Akaza could have used any leg type technique to finish Rengoku off on the spot while his hand was stuck.
Now onto Tengen. First of all, he was never able to show his full power since he was poisoned straight from the jump, which was strong enough to almost pretty much kill Tanjiro in seconds. He also had to deal with two bodies, to which he successfully cut of Daki's head and was able to get to Gyutaro's neck while fighting both of them alone. Also he didn't really struggle becoming a hashira as before gyutaro he's sliced every demons neck in one swipe, and its also stated because of that he never knew the full capabilities of his swords. Rengoku literally did nothing that Tengen was not able to do. Tengen is physically stronger, faster, has faster combat speed because of sound breathing also dual wielding making it even quicker, he has more combat experience, insane hearing, and Rengoku has nothing that surpasses Tengens musical score, and he has better muscle control. Rengoku is not fast enough to dodge every single attack from Gyutaro and the poison will hit him quick. He was able to go toe to toe with a fully enraged upper moon with a missing hand and mostly poisoned body. Also his experience using demon bombs makes him a more versatile fighter in combat.
And if Tengen were to switch positions with Kyojuro, (IMO) the trio would not be surviving that upper fight and Tengen I believe would perform better against Akaza. Like I said, Rengoku did nothing that Tengen couldn't do. Rengoku's only way to get to Akaza's neck was to commit suicide. And if Tengen would have done the same last ditch effort he would have a better chance. He has better muscle control meaning he also can keep Akaza's arm in his stomach, and he's physically stronger meaning he can also grab Akaza's hand and cut even deeper into his neck.
Rengoku was fighting upper 3 tho, big difference in power
@@nothugo9207 true, basically upper rank 6 is the lowest rank in upper ranks. The difference between upper rank 6 and upper rank 3 is too big. Even though Rengoku didn't managed to kill akaza, he did great saving the people in the train, killing the demon in the train. He know himself he won't survive by that damage in his body so he rather let both of them die together. He tried his best to not let Akaza escape when the sun slowly rising.
Plus, Rengoku wasn't trained properly by his father, he trained and learned everything by himself. He was already strong enough but imagine if he was trained by his father.
@@coco-sh2ny O stop it. Rengoku couldn't even beat lower 1 by himself. He also barely made it out alive when he fought lower 2. Wasn't trained properly? What about everybody else? If anything he had the most professional training. He actually had a hashira in his prime train him, and also had volumes of generations of flame breathing that taught him exactly how to perform each flame breathing form. Like if any of the other hashiras actually had that privilege.

I’ve said this before….BUT THIS IS LITERALLY THE WEAKEST OUT OF THE UPPER MOONS…like what 😳😳 they had to go through all this for the weakest. Crazy to think what the others are gonna be like

Tanjiro, Zenistu, & Inosuke should be made Hashiras or at least get a good promotion for killing the Upper Six Demons. Another note this is the second Twelve Kizuki that Tanjiro beheaded.
I think you are looking at things on the surface level. To make things simple for you do you think anyone of the trio individually have the skills anywhere near Tengen or Rengoku? Cuz if not then they shouldn't, they all struggles against Daki whom Tengen (who is so far the weakest among the Hashiras as far as we have seen in combat) was able to beheaded her effortlessly twice. What you are talking about is ganging up power and not as an individual skills here because to be a Hashira you yourself need to be skilled enough to be called one of the 9 best swordsmen in the whole demon slayer (which is literally what Hashiras are) which the trio is clearly not.

Plus learn to read and comprehend properly, I said in an actual combat so far which we only saw 2 of them which is tengen and Rengoku. And just a full 5 mins of gorgeous fight that made tengen stand a fighting chance did not change the fact that it was only 5 panels in the manga where he barely do anything says a lot about how weak he is.

I never said Shinobu is stronger than Tengen, or are you dumb enough to put a fight of Shinobu against a no name girl demon and compare to a fight of Tengen vs upper 6? I said so far in the story against a strong opponent like the uppermoons and despite your no factual delusions, Shinobu still fought upper 2 alone, without her the upper 2 wouldn’t be defeated, and she was the most important key contribution with her poison to win against him. Can the trio fought upper 2 alone for that long like Shinobu did or can other Hashiras did what Shinobu did against upper 2?, thought so. Wake tf up.
this particular fight in the manga was not as impressive as the animation, so i cannot wait Ufotable will present next arcs fight, espcially the last two arcs with very long sequence of fight
I am wondering about the Muichiro fight the most. In the manga after he got the mark the fight was pretty much one sided and end very quickly so I am indeed waiting in anticipation on how Ufotable will extent the fight and maybe add an extra something to what is pretty mediocre beheading move, if they enhance it at all.
Ufotable really outdid themselves since the fight between Uzui and Gyutaro looked NOTHING like this and was only some images long.

Rengoku was just amazing. At least tanjiro could find a spot to get in and fight with tengen. Rengoku and akaza were so fast that inosuke couldn’t even see them.
However, Akaza was using maybe even less than 20% of his power. Rengoku using the ultimate move of flame breathing couldn't do anything either.
Here, Gyutaro was more serious, attacking with his strongest set of attacks.

Gyutaro is UM6! tengen is not fighting alone! Rengoku fought him alone! Rengoku knew he was stronger than him there was not a doubt. Any hashira wouldn’t have survived against akaza. Just look at the differences in their backstory. Therefore, rengoku should get all the credit he gets.

And we only saw like 3 of his moves. In the final arc part 1, the rest of his moves are shown and those are even more powerful.
It doesn't really matter whether he was fighting alone or with a team. Tengen with one hand and ALONE still handled an all-out Gyutaro well despite the big power difference between the two demons. Tanjiro and the boys were outclassed in their current state.

@@e6em If so, you can't really deny that Akaza still held back against Rengoku until he pulled off his ultimate move,which is the only time he needed to be serious. Many people actually said that he was around that power I mentioned. If Akaza were to really go full power Rengoku, the fight would end quicker against Rengoku's favor and you know it.
I also already told you to check Tengen fighting a serious Gyutaro alone even when he lost a hand despite the demon was the 6th rank. That just shows what a fully serious upper moon demon can do.

i call this ep nr 1 bs. they get beaten almost to death from full health. but they frkn kill healthy demons when they re almost dying like wtf. no logic but plot armor. how can they beat the demons sick when they couldnt do it healthy. suddenly they re 100 times stronger ????

Lol you didn't understand it at all bro. Uzui is basically getting more advantage the longer he stays in battle because he reads his opponent but ofcourse Uzui is also getting weaker because of the poison that's why they finished it as soon as possible the moment he wakes up from being dead. 2nd reason remember that no matter how beaten or old you are if you inherit even the 1/4 portion of Yorichi's power you will remain that strong consistently and that's what happen to Tanjiro. If that fight didn't finish even for 1 minute they would lose. That's why it totally makes sense that they won that fight not to mention that Daki is just not that strong compared to his brother.

Even if it gives uzui support. U really think it s pos that uzui without arm n poisoned n stabbed severly many times can fight as good as full health demon? Also tanjiro couldnt even stand or hold the sword n many bones broken b4 n suddenly he be flying n shit n can spare with him that well lol. he couldnt even see an opening b4. Zenitsu n inosuke were barely holding up against her b4 n after dropping down once they just got 100 times stronger n killing her. They didnt get slowly stronger or with the time. They got suddenly 100 times stronger n faster after dropping down to almsot death? Petty? lol
Cutting out the show every few seconds is whack as he'll. I understand that youtube is absolute garbage when it comes to going crazy over copyrights and whatnot, but DAMN. You can go for 20-30 seconds without it being an issue; instead of just constantly cutting out every 4-5 seconds. It get annoying as hell.
Bro... Yeah, that cutting in and out is just bad editing and takes me put of it completely. Drives me crazy watching it go blank every few seconds, thumbs down 👎 That's a hard dislike from me, guys.
