  • The Buddha said that there is nothing to fear except your own untamed mind.
    In this teaching Sogyal Rinpoche explains why this statement gives us hope-because when we transform and tame our mind, fear and anxiety are overcome. He introduces us to different methods that we can use to arrive at a transformed mind.
    Because of our habitual patterns of negative thinking, distraction and destructive emotions this may not be so easy to do straight away. But by listening to the teachings, and by continuing to work with our mind, success will be ours. In fact our greatest accomplishment is accomplishing our mind, finding inner happiness and peace.
