Luigi's Mansion 3: 12F The Spectral Catch - Max Treasure Collected (44751)

Rules:
1. I cannot revisit any floors for money, with a few exceptions:
a. Returning to 2F after saving E. Gadd to access the Mezzanine which is not accessible until after unlocking the Plunger.
b. Returning to E. Gadd's Lab on B1 to progress the story (until getting the Pixelator Camera)
c. Rescuing the Toad in the Boilerworks to get the part for Super Suction required for 12F and beyond)
2. Any accessible money that is not reachable until after unlocking Gooigi, will not be collected.
3. Gems and Boos are not required. I will be getting SOME gems, but absolutely no Boos. You have to revisit a floor to trigger Gooigi's vibration and the scary music. Not allowed.
4. The primary goal of this run is to get to 70,000 G at a minimum and get an A rank. If this milestone is not reached, then I will not be returning for 70k. I am going for A rank hotel in a single run.
This was another quick floor, we now have all the Toads saved!
