10/08/2023 - after trying all of these troubleshooting steps available online without any success. I was able to fix it by resetting my laptop. Keeping my files (uploaded to OneDrive) but deleting all of the apps.

In CMD step this error is coming:-
Access Denied as you do not have sufficient privileges or
the disk may be locked by another process.
You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode
and make sure the disk is unlocked.
