The true reforms are needed which consists of holistic empowerment of women and the change in the mindsets of their masculine counterpart. Moreover the True reforms which are the need of the hour,are faster trials and speedy implementation of judments,as justice delayed is justice denied. The incidences of rape will still continue even if the death penalty is set as the example,because perpetrators know that it would take years to come to a conclusion for their committed act which motivates them to continue the nuisance of rapism....
