Dear Ms. Burchill, I know that I wrote to you a month ago... I pulled out my Julie Nutting stamps, matte gel medium, acrylic gesso, those colored cubes and even my acrylic paints. I watched your video ad nausea, used all of your techniques, and my figures turned out beautiful. I've had four years of toll painting classes and I didn't know that the side load float could be used on paper. Thank you so very much!
Wonderful! So glad you gave it a try and that you were successful....I know the feeling aobut the side load float....I have used a lot of my toll painting tricks in my mixed media and art journaling. The skills/techniques transfer nicely. K
Dear Ms. Burchill, I have those square chalk things, having been gifted them. Thank you for showing all of these steps to these dolls, which I also have. Now I know what to do with them both!
Oooooooo I love these dolls, Thank you yet again for something that I "must have." I loved playing with paper dolls when I was little and this brings me right back to that!! I love your creativity. Thank you again for a great video. :)
Your doll are gorgeous. I am a new sunnier, I also got my first doll. So I just made two tags for a swap. It came out ok. But thanks for the tips.tfs🙏🏽
Yay! Thanks so much, Karen, for the tutorial! Love your techniques and the way you used your gelli prints for the clothing. Can't wait to try.... Super fun! 😄
I love how these came out - i tried this technique several years ago and have forgotten about - thank you for bringing it back - i have only 2 of her stamps but I will give it a try again TFS
Loved this video I have some of these but not the stamping block it’s not available now can you recommend one of the other brands? Love love the dresses.
Here are some options that may work ( please confirm sizing to be sure you get what you want) amzn.to/49aQxxq or amzn.to/3OBlFhg I purchased a stamp platform which I love and has made all my stamping so much easier and better . I bought the Tim Holtz one which I dont think is being made now...but there are others on amazon.
Soooo cool. Thank you for providing the Inktense numbers. I would like to try coloring my Marcie stamps with the inktense pencils, but I would probably have to use the blocks for skin tone because combining is easier with the blocks.
I bought these stamps after I saw you using them. Question, what are you using to store them? I have not seen the way you store yours. Are they available on Amazon?
I store them on cards. I will see if I can find what I bought. The dolls are available on Amazon... Here are a few links but there are others. Janet Visochi-Baum with a different outfit or hairstyle you can have variety even if you only have 2 stamps.

Barbara Rademacher yes definitely give it a try. I have the pencils too but tend to grab blocks more for ease. Both would work. K
How do you attach the clothes to the dolls temporarily?
I am not sure I understand. I glue them on with matte medium...or I cut them out and keep them seperate and match to page at later time. Karen
