When Jennifer and Wesley showed up, that's when i genuinely let out a squeal of excitement. Channing too of course. But Elektra and Blade on screen together were just so badass.
I freaked out at the theater seeing her and Wesley back playing their iconic roles, so to see her being the bad ass fighter that I’ve loved since Alias was a dream.
On the set of Miracles From Heaven, Jen served me tea (picnic scene) for a couple of hours. After wrap, I caught up to her on the way to transport and asked if I could go "full fanboy for 30secs"😊 She said of course and let me stupid gush a rapid fire adoration of her, for being a super mom, all her roles, and the opportunity to be in scene with her. One of the bestesses Ladies I have ever met in half a century!🤗👍😎

Graeme, I saw this one rainy, rainy Belfast day and was pleasantly surprised. RYAN REYNOLDS and his writing partners did a great job. JENNIFER GARNER as Elektra was icing on the cake. That workout she does is awesome. x!
She is one of my favourite actresses. Always put 110% effort in everything. She always have a big smile and never showed any Hollywood entitlement etc. Love her as Elektra, Alias and in peppermint. Should have peppermint 2. I always remember her line after she kicked daredevil down to the ground "remember me". And then she did the double sai crossed over her head. That was so cool.
As someone who has lost 100lbs and been working out for 14 years now, I can attest to the fact that getting into peak shape is HARD. Especially for a movie role I imagine. It’s hard enough to do it for yourself just in your personal life, but to do it to achieve a specific look for a character in a film must be daunting. I have always been inspired by these actors that take these roles so seriously and train their asses off to sell the character to the audience. We definitely notice and respect all of that hard work, it comes through on screen, no doubt about it. Hugh gets a lot of mention for his Wolverine physique, as he should, BUT I have always admired the women actresses like Garner too. Demi Moore for GI Jane was another amazing transformation, I’ll never forget that one, her shoulders were boulders for that movie, very impressive. It was really awesome to see Garner back in D&W and I’m glad Elektra got a proper finale for her character ❤💛
Jennifer is an amazing actress and so disciplined. Her Elektra deserved better and I'm so happy we got to see Jennifer's Elektra once again. If the guys can return in their 50's, why not the girls !?

Its really great seeing Jennifer Garner as Elektra. A very good story, script, cast, action will make the return of Elektra a hit as well as the return of Wesley Snipes as Blade. Both Jennifer Garner and Wesley Snipes are fit to do fight scenes (I love Wesley Snipes in Expendables 3, the reason I watch over and over again). The people went bananas when they saw Wesley Snipe Blade came out in Deadpool and Wolverine. Same reaction when Jennifer Garner came out as Elektra. I was also happy to see Channing Tatum as Gambit. I think we should there should be a Gambit movie with Channing Tatum as Gambit

Jennifer Garner may have been born in Texas but she was raised in in my homestate, WV and we will always claim her as a state treasure. We had some major flooding a few years ago and she came home to support the recovery and raise funds for flood victims, damaged schools and all. She is all Class.
I was excited to see Jennifer come back as Electra, and Snips as Blade. They had me loving the movie that much more. I followed Gamibt ever sence he came to the scene in the Uncanny X-Men in the 90s, and I instantly loved the character.

this movie did cameos the right way, lighthearted and nonsensical in the best of ways, but also genuinely meaningful to people who grew up with those films, my nephew who is 16 didnt know Blade or Elektra and i felt old.

I think it was awesome to bring in all these actors of past marvel, superhero genres that never really found any legs in the past, HELL they all look good, a little aged but it looks natural, it doesn't look weird or out of place.
While watching the movie, I was in awe and had legit goosebumps watching these, for a lack of better term, "ghosts" give their characters and epic fight scene that was absolutely perfect. I remember thinking towards the end "Oh no, they're all going to be killed off" but was so surprised and better yet relieved that they made it. To me, and I'm sure to others as well, it was the actors way of giving their characters one last push, one last dance to finish strong on. And they all nailed it with perfect 10's across the board. I hope that that wasn't the last we saw of all of them. I love that ryan reynolds and deadpool gave them all that chance. It was easily one of my favorite parts of the movie.
great to see an actress that aged gracefully, I'm all for seeing her more , why not a movie for the sole purpose of making them relevant again with only them as the heroes ?
Her return was a highlight of the movie and provided balance of female goodness. There are no occasions to be anything but in love with Jennifer Gardner or Hugh Jackman, they are special souls. I also appreciated the comic relief of Channing Tatum; especially as a Southern gal born in Louisiana.
She's a definite Cutie Pie and a genuinely nice Lady. Met her once briefly while helping to install Fiber Optic Cable at NBC studios in Burbank. She was genuinely sweet to everyone, and she really didn't have to be. I'm pretty good at sniffing out bullshit, but yeah, she actually is that nice. God Bless you Jen. 🙃😉
