To be abled to hold and pick up / carry alot of things. Thats why Calisthenics are proofen better for your body, if you wanna build strenght

There’s another trick. First you push the leg down into the ground and try to tilt it towards you, once the center of gravity moves closer to you it becomes much easier to lift

By the time you are a middle aged father, not only are you strong, but youve fully accepted that it is your job to do all the things in life no one else can do, with no thank yous or appriciation at all, you simply have to find a way do them, for the betterment of those you care about. And because of that mentality and experience, you do indeed become capable of many things
This guy from work, told me a story once. He was 17, lifted weights, not huge, but big. One time he was out camping with his family. For whatever reason he told me he was mouthing off to his mom and his dad came and grabbed him and threw him against their truck, holding him against it. My friend was like "In my mind, I was strong and thinking I could take my dad. But I reached down to pull my dads hand off of me and it didn't budge AT ALL! " LOL Dad strength is REAL!
