1. donk has played for a LOOONG time, despite his incredibly young age, so he is practically a veteran at this game, meaning he understands ALL aspects of the game besides aiming skills like game sense, timing, rotations, mechanics etc.
2. it's not the sketchiest thing in the world considering those outside smokes on Nuke are almost always used to conceal players crossing the yard to get into secret
@@jorgeenchilada in cs2 u can make holes in the smoke.. so when he is spraying he can see frozen but how he got the first bullet on point thats just lucky but staying on target there is nothing special since he can see him

Why everyone getting sussy because:
When s1mple, zywoo, niko got MVP: there were multiple highlights where they did something incredible with using brain, and sometimes they miss, if you watched s1mple 4k, 3k clutches or Niko opening spaces, you will see some 200iq read and play and in those highlights you will see they miss shots and even after that they manage to dodge and fool enemies.
However in Donk's highlights: Its just all spray and kills. All of it. No miss, No clutch, No 200iq play or something. All of it is: He holds his spray when enemy is entering or retaking... and all is dead. Through the smoke, without the smoke. Entire highlights just spray down multiple kills. Probably he is the best spray controller right now or may be something else.
* Dont think that a headshot isn't a spray. Headshot is also spray. Your first bullet might miss if it's not an 1 tap. And you have to readjust 2-3 bullets to get the headshot. Somehow donk's headshot readjustment feels insanely better than anyone else. Even when enemy see's him first. Which is weird cause its harder to control spray in CS2 than CSGO.
I dno about other people, but usually in any game when people are cheating with spray guns its pretty easy to spot cheats. You just Watch if it looks natural or machined. And his recoil looks like it kinda drags to the head every time. Adjusting recoil is never spot on if done by a human. What a human actually does is to smoothen out the recoil. We dont have the capability to adjust every bullet. We have the albility to learn the recoil pattern and smoothen it best possible.
In killcam(enemy fov) it always looks like he is missing them far by first 2-3 shots and bam the guns recoil looks like jumping stright to head. But that is only for the first person, if there is more enemies availeble its instant headshotflic.

I also want to add, donk feels like he never 1 taps, always spray, his first bullet miss, headshot readjustment feels insanely accurate. You cant find a s1mple, zywoo, or niko highlight where they didn't 1 tapped enemies. 1 tap make more sense if you aim is insane. You dont want to spray like a fool. However donk feels like he never 1 taps, always sprays 3-4 bullets to finish his headshot kills even when 1 tap makes more sense.
Donk is a very smart CS player. How do you think he was able to find Frozen perfectly through the smoke on Nuke? Literally perfect game sense.
It’s actually easier to spray in cs2 than csgo, they reduced the sprays.

It feels like the big thing that separates donk to me is his time to kill, on average. These guys can’t afford to miss shots against him. A lot of these clips he isn’t even the one who gets the first shots off in a fight but it doesnt matter cause the other guy whiffs, even a small amount, and he punishes them.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone be that consistent with their sprays especially at that age. He’s either the best rifler and sprayer in history or a lowkey cheater. Cs2 is new and clearly has abusable spaghetti code. I really hope he isn’t cheating cause then we have a new cs genius

Even several pro players + cs veterans have stated on many occasions that it quite literally is possible to cheat on Lan, however it’s very unlikely. I just don’t think I’ve ever seen a PERFECT performance in a big final like that. Especially from someone who doesn’t have any experience on the big stage, facing the world’s best cs go team in my opinion with the world’s best IGL. Not to mention that he’s only 17 and playing in an entirely new roster. We will see in the future I guess

I was sure Donk would be a star right away... I didn't think he would be god. I thought his aggressiveness would be nullified some halves or some rounds in top tier competitions but his consistency is unmatched. Spirit plays around/through him so well. Donk is the truth.

I’m not a CS expert, but the opponent team was noticably doing worse in the 3rd game which I think is bcs they’re demotivated. A dominant performance puts fear and I’ve experienced this several times in WoW. You can see it from their face expression.

I wouldn't say that it's impossible to cheat on stage, it's just very unlikely/hard to pull off. Improbable yes, impossible no. That being said I don't really think he cheated, he just had an insanely good tournament, I guarantee you most T1 team's analysts are going through the Donk footage as we speak and trying to figure out ways to punish him. I guess time will tell but consistency is key here, he had one good T1 tournament so far, lets see if he can keep this up for a year or so.

team Spirit will become the Astralis of CS2. Every player on the team can frag and they’re all great at their roles. Who tf is going to beat them?How can you beat a team when they have a guy dropping 1.7+ rating every game. I’ve never seen a player like donk ever it still does not make sense
As Frozen said in a interview before the grand finals when asked about Spirit "It's donk." and then "yes it's the team too, but really it's just donk."
We will have to see if they can keep that kind of form and if donk is the only one fragging big in the team and making impact rounds every game or not.
There's been plenty of crazy ratings in the past in tournaments but nobody keeps up that kind of rating form, if you look at "Era Teams" like Fnatic or Astralis, almost every player could pop off in the games and I think strategically both of these teams are better than Spirit in their era, but it's possible donk is such a talent that he will just carry every tournament, but I doubt it.

I’m going crazy trying to decipher this
Smoke kill scene is highly controversial and needs to be watched over and over again.
First, through the smoke, he kills rain with an impossible timing. Then he looks nonsense between the smoke, then he sprays frozen through the smoke from head to toe. After that he immediately turns his back to see other two faze players through the wall with an exact crosshair placement.
He then shoots through the end of the smoke with nonsense and immediately turns back to the two faze players behind the wall and go for them.
Look, I’m no fan of faze but i respect the hardwork that done by all of the experienced players to the game. I’m just sayin, thats all.
I was thinking the same thing. I guess we will never know. All i know is russians are notorious for cheating in every sport because they HAVE to win, so why not have some fancy cheats for cs
I'm interested to see how Donk will fair after more adjustments have been made to peekers advantage. Seems like it favors his playstyle a lot at the moment.
peeker's advantage has been reduced, ppl call it "the anti-donk update" it gave no effect to donk's performance

The 2 smoke kills in nuke is suss, he barely spams through smoke the entire map and the moment he does he aims perfectly and gets 2 kills
@@SuperAwesomePerson20 he gets a kill by spamming the start of the smoke wall. Then he realizes that they couldn't be further than halfway by walking, so he shoots at the halfway point.

Is it possible to cheat on big stages like this? Cus I've heard people say they are convinced there is some sketchy stuff happening with donk/spirit, but I find it hard to believe how cheating would be possible.. is it the players own PC's used allowing for hidden cheats or something like that? Or the glasses thing I saw a few days ago about info being shown on the inside of a players glasses.. idk
People are delusional. He is not cheating and no it is not possible.
i don't think he is cheating but yes it is entirely possible to cheat on LAN. In the past, they would investigate your mouse and keyboard because you could load the cheat into them. Lately, I think there was some cheat develope who said the cheat was directly on steam in the workshop or something, meaning that when you would go on LAN, you would log into steam and you would have the cheat on the big stage and nobody could know.
@@maximes4428 ye but also stuff you’d never expect like the glasses showing a map of all players positions or something else unique like that. Alot of the time I also felt like Spirit had way too much info and that there should be very high security with cheating, now that its shown that a lot of people want to cheat. I dont THINK they were hacking I juat suspect it especially if it isnt really checked by the admins. But what do I know..

Rain did lot of smoke kill in Nuka garage too. Simple even kill through wall
Of course some moments are a bit "weird"; there are weird moments in literally every match of CS. He's just built different, and game sense can look "weird"/like cheating to people who aren't educated on the game or the player. So yes, weird, but weird doesn't = cheating; donk is not cheating.

You only shoot into smokes like that if you have sonarESP :))) Using bluetooth headphones at LAN is not that good idea lmao. His whole Overpass against Faze was just blatant scanning from A site to mid/long. He might be good but there is no way he is 100% legit.

Im a player with 20 years exp. Global and 10lvl faceit. When i see those prefires throught the smoke and instand headshots, following the head transfers it feels really weird. I bet in 1-3 months they will caugh him on cheating like with Forsakken. And also man from nowhere became a world champion with his 2nd lan. Yes yes yes. And a unitelligent screams like. Srly?
