Hello AJ Labs and thank you for your videos, they really help me configure my project. Thanks to your videos, I've understood a lot of concepts that seemed unclear to me. I'm currently working on a project to integrate Microsoft Teams and CUCM, and I've been following your videos, which are helping me with my project. But I'm having a problem. Is it normal that my CUBE router can't ping the MS Teams SIP Proxy? Can I contact you on Whatsapp? Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
Great to hear! Ya, that is normal. Ping might not work. You need to conside the SIP Options Ping message. If the connectivity is good, you will get Options Ping responses.
