Try non shellfish ingredients, ramyeon is delicious with many different ingredients I love adding spring onion, leek, mung bean sprouts and eggs the most
I don't think it's classified as the type of snail (garden) though but definitely shellfish. Sora is a turban shell, species of sea snail. It doesn't taste strong, it's milder than octopus or squid but it's similar but more chewy than octopus
