Shang’a Spell master is underrated in the sense that his fireballs give him a double 50/50 off all his strings. Everything else might be useless... but the ability to toss those fireballs out at any moment with a special that is safe on block with an option to be amplified isn’t bad at all.

@@INoisyaI still, no other johnny cage seems to pull of what ninja pulls of. Characters don't carry at the highest level. Be a good player and a good char will only make you better. Be a mediocre player and top tier will not make you a top8 contender
I think shangtsung is better than Johnny cage, for ninja killa to be able to use cage to win armkratos makes ninja killa a much better player..
