I came back to the same sight on my Red Russian Kale. Aggravating!
They are such a nuisance. You cannot turn your back on them not even for half a day. That's why I try to keep mine covered with row covers. It really helps prevents her from laying her eggs.
They can and will destroy everything. Hope you have some success.
