Hi, thank you for this great tutorial. Is it possible to save the form fields in an ACF group and when the form is populated, it is saved to the database. This is for a very long form where the customer may need to log in and finish filling all the fields before he presses send to create the PDF and send the email. Thank you.

I think Piotnet ( PAFE ) also provides signature functions and other tools which Dynamic Content For Elementor provides.
What I want to say is that if we consider the price of both these two plugins - Dynamic Content For Elementor and Piotnet Addon For Elementor, PAFE is much cheaper providing the same functions and features which Dynamic Content provides.
As you said in one of your video, PAFE is most under rated plugin.

Disregard, I found it... little slow without my coffee. God forbid I have to measure it with a micrometer...
it looks simple so bought it.. and cannot get it to work like in this video. the PDF i got is blank.. and theres no help i can find anywhere.
DYNAMIC CONTENT HAS A CONFLICT WITH ELEMENTOR. THEY HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL IN FIXING IT.
Wow. That has quite genuinely impressed me. Could this integrate with Dynamics 365 or the Power Automate platform? I guess API authentication between WordPress and Microsoft would be quite the challenge but having customer engagement via a public website initiate or progress an internal workflow would be awesome.
I have Elementor, but i do not have the option SIGNATURE. Why is that? I need urgnet help
You need Dynamic Content for Elementor - that's the feature covered in this video and isn't a native Elementor feature.
i have the latest pro.. but cant find the signature field
Thanks Paul, nice new feature! Could prove very handy for a variety of tasks. As another comment mentioned, the legality if such a function may need some research though.

Elementor Pro v3.5.1
When i open the attached pdf, the square (with my id : form:signature) disepear.
When i put it in the mail content with [field id="signature"] it's not displaying neither.
Any idea ? Thanks !
You'd be better off contacting the plugin developer. They'll be able to help fault find.

why does my form not have the signature field option??? I have Elementor Pro installed but it does seem to be in the drop down. Is it still available??
Do you also have Dynamic Content for Elementor installed? If not, you’ll need that too.

Way too much! This is an example of a plugin adding a half baked feature. just use Gravity Forms signature addon and be done!
Do documents signed with this plugin meet legal requirements for electronic signatures?
I wouldn't like to comment on the legalities to be honest, it's something I'm not knowledgeable on.
The standards vary by country. In the US, enforceability will depend on the full process to authenticate the signer, the transmission of the signature, and the audit trail. It then becomes a factual matter to be applied against the esign act.
I would say No... cause Electronic signature should contain strong evidence and trace to the person who signed this document electronically. In this example in theory anyone can sign the form and put any information into the fields. Aslo, even the signature done by the Authorised person, it's hard to do the same signature with the mouse that you do with the pen, so in situation of Legal Case there will be no way to identify the signature belongs to the actual person who signed it. So, as far as Im aware - the digital signatures is not about to put your graphic signature document, but actually have a strong trace that the signature have been done by you.
As the simple way to identify - you fill the form with your Full Name, Email address. You get the email to confirm this is your email and the LINK to another hidden form that would take prefilled fields with the data dynamically generated in the email, so then you Sign That form. This way we have already identified that the person who signed the form actually is the owner of the email he have provided. And if you know that the email is provided is the actual person you are required the signature from, then we have the match - it's now Legal - but again - it's just simple example. I guess you can google about Digital signatures and how they can be treated as Legal.
