A good teacher....covered the basics of stereographic projection and pole figures nicely...
Best explanation i have ever watched. Thank you.
Thank you very much. Its very difficult to find videos on this topic.
thank you so much! the best and most understandable explanation I have ever seen on this topic! respect from China!

what you have just done for me in this 6 videos series, my professors failed o do in w whole semester.
thank you so man man you're the best.
Thanks for nice presentation. This is the most clear source for who just begins studying crystal plasticity area.
You're very welcome!
@@NotRealEngineering Sir, can we have a video about RVE Crystal Plasticity in Abaqus (2D/3D)?Thank you very much in advance!
Thank you. very lucid and compact explanation. please upload more videos of crystal plasticity
will try
Your videos agre great! I'm excited to see the tutorial of how to use MTex! Thank you!
Superb video. Thank you so much.
Another great video. Thank you very much.
It's wonderful somebody on YT is creating quality content on plasticity.
Say, can you do a video on how to model graphene nanotubes and nanosheets in ABAQUS?
Great suggestion! Thank you
@@NotRealEngineering Thank you for the reply. Looking forward to watching your video on GNTs.
That is very informative video.
Very well presented.
Thank you!
Sir your way of explanation is superb..thankyou ....sir kindly make a video on VPSC .
Thank you.
thank you very much for the great explanation, i have watched all the videos , could you please upload video explaining how to determine the DRX grains using GOS and the KAM value how to calculate it in addition to the texture explanation
Your videos are excellent
Glad you like them!
Sir great.... Upload more videos
Sure I will try
Thanks for great explanation, please could you upload video about how to use ASTM to measure the grain size
Hello, thanks a lot for your helpful lecture. Could you tell me how to plot the xyz (at10:30) in a pole figure? could you recommend me some softwares to plot it based on the euler angle obtained by EBSD?
On behalf of Flat Earth Society, thank you for your explainer video.
Can you please make a video on M-Tex by using which we can generate pole figures especially from neper tessellation output?
you are a hero, just started a PhD on crystal plasticity modelling and this has really help me understand thing
Glad it helped.
How to correctly use Abaqus-Damask?
Hello, could you please upload tutorials on how to install and run crystal plasticity models (e.g., DAMASK and others you previously have)?
working on it
Thank you very much for your sharing, which is very useful for understanding crystal plasticity. May I share this video on a Chinese website? You know there are a lot of Chineses can not go to TH-cam, I will indicate your original video address, and make sure that it is just to share the video, with no commercial value
Yes, sure.
Sir upload inverse pole figure
Sir, can we have a video about RVE Crystal Plasticity in Abaqus?Thank you very much in advance!
I will try
@@NotRealEngineering RVE Crystal Plasticity in Abaqus can be great help! thanks a lot in advance!
Hallo sir, How to plot a pole figure using python , is there any specific module?
Thank you for the suggestion. Will try my best
Excellent videos. Very helpful. Just one doubt @10:22 . No able to figure out the rotation of the new x axis, why did the y and z axis rotate and moved in a straight path? Why is it the case that when an axis at the periphery rotates causes the other two axis to move along a straight line, cant really imagine that part? Another question would be , what are inverse pole figures then?
You're awesome!
You too!!
It is really hard to find the video on CP. Thank you for such a simple and clear explanation.
You are welcome!
