I love travelling by train, and this train looks pretty good. I have been to New York, Chicago and Washington DC, and really like all of those cities. I havent been to Boston and Philadelphia yet (and would like to return to the 3 before mentionned cities). So maybe I should do that soon, and combine it with train travelling. And also include an overnight trip on a train to Florida for example. I like comfortable trains, with preferably a nice restaurant part. Which train journey in the US would you recommend for that ?
P.S. To be honest: as much as I want to visit those cities, and enjoy the train journeys - I am so not happy (put very nicely and politely) with your new president, that I dont know if I want to enter the US at the moment.

I highly recommend the Amtrak California Zephyr, which runs between Emeryville (near San Francisco) and Chicago. It's the most scenic and iconic sleeper train route in the U.S., passing through the Rocky Mountains. Chicago is also Amtrak's hub, making it easy to catch the Amtrak Floridian to Orlando or Miami. Both routes feature quality dining cars with made-to-order meals. We've made videos about both, so feel free to check them out!
For New York, Washington D.C., Boston, and Philadelphia, the cities are close enough that you likely won't need a sleeper.
I know our new president is a controversial guy...but it’s great to see you’re considering those destinations for your travels. You’re always welcome to visit when you feel comfortable!
