You are very welcome, A short on a 5V circuit after the 2 mosfets will affect 5V power rail not 19V power rail, but when the IC is shorted then 19V will be affected too
in circuit inductor arrange/filter current and capacitor arrange/filter voltage as i know. i dont think inductor increase current because you cant get more energy from nothing.
