This is what I like with both Winner and iKON(I can't find Hanbin's quote. He said that ikon's music are not for going for number 1 but for expressing themselves when antis were coming for them for not topping for so long) : the music they make are not meant to compete for awards but they are basically an artist's expression for people to relate with and enjoy.

They were doing really well as Rookies but YG didn't grab the opportunity to make them more popular by having more comebacks and promotions, like one of the popular saying -strike when the irons is hot. YG being greedy for that japanese money so he sent them in Japan just few months after debut. Long hiatus - almost a year, took a toll in their popularity because they still don't have that solid fanbase back then. Same thing happened with iKON, they were sent to Japan, a group that can rival BTS in popularity but YG blew it with his poor management decisions. Good thing that the two groups are coming back strong now. Both winner and ikon did really well this year. I just hope that he wont commit the same mistake with his future group(s) but seeing BP now i kinda doubt it. 😂

He took 4th place in the first season of Kpop Star. He is workaholic and one of the ‘Dumb&Dumber’ duo of Winner along with Mino. He has very playful personality. He is 26 yo. Mino (Song Minho) - The one with light blond hair. He is the main rapper and the face of the group. He is very artistic, he draws and paints, and takes pictures and sculpts, and writes songs etc. Not long time ago he realesed his first solo album ‘XX’ with a single ‘Fiance’ (go check it out 😉). He is known from several TV programs, he is a variety king. He used to train with Block B and going to debut with them. He is in the duo called MOBB along with iKON’s Bobby. He is 25 yo. As a YGstan for like,forever(I'm totally OBSESSED with all YG artists,,Bigbang.2ne1, IKON, and so much more) I cant help feeling that Winner has their own color inside all of their songs, dance moves, MVs that are different from, of course, other entertainments, but even inside YG. Yoon (Kang Seungyoon) - The one, with dark blonde hair (kinda mullet idk xD), who is singing at the beggining. He is the leader of the group and also the main vocalist and the maknae. His vocals are truly crazy, before he was in the group, he was in the Korea Superstar S2 and he took 4th place. He also has a solo career. He is a good composer and photographer. He is 24 yo.
Jinu (Kim Jinwoo) - The one with short dark brown hair and face of the maknae, while he is actually the oldest xD He is the lead vocalist and the visual (like tHE VISUAL). He has really kind personality, he is just such a good person :’) He has this soft voice, which makes him even more angelic… He is 27 yo.
Hoony (Lee Seunghoon) - The one with pink hair. He is the lead rapper and the main dancer and also the choreographer (he created a lot of Winner’s choreographies and also choreographies for other artists, such as G-Dragon). He took 4th place in the first season of Kpop Star. He is workaholic and one of the ‘Dumb&Dumber’ duo of Winner along with Mino. He has very playful personality. He is 26 yo.
Mino (Song Minho) - The one with light blond hair. He is the main rapper and the face of the group. He is very artistic, he draws and paints, and takes pictures and sculpts, and writes songs etc. Not long time ago he realesed his first solo album ‘XX’ with a single ‘Fiance’ (go check it out 😉). He is known from several TV programs, he is a variety king. He used to train with Block B and going to debut with them. He is in the duo called MOBB along with iKON’s Bobby. He is 25 yo.
In WINNER were also Nam Taehyun, but he left the group in 2016 and now he is k-rock artist and has his own band named South Club. He is doing great, IC’s still love and support him.

As a YGstan for like,forever(I'm totally OBSESSED with all YG artists,,Bigbang.2ne1, IKON, and so much more) I cant help feeling that Winner has their own color inside all of their songs, dance moves, MVs that are different from, of course, other entertainments, but even inside YG. Since they had their debut in 2014, every one of their songs has a feeling that I personally think no other YG artist can make. Ballads, Hip hop, you name it,they turn it into their own style.
