I'm an Ohio State Buckeye fan and I love that Oregon is in the big Ten. It adds more prestige. I'm always a BUCKEYE but my second favorite team is Oregon ducks. When they was in the pac I rooted for them. But not over the Buckeyes.
I am happy that the B1G has three teams left in the final 8. As a Duck fan, bring on the competition in any order. But, as a B1G fan, I wish the three teams each had their own lane to the semifinals. This Rose Bowl shouldn't happen for at least another week.

Right now, I would place Ohio State/Oregon winner the favorites and would bet either two of those team beats either one of the SEC teams. Penn State got a lucky draw and will advance to the SF. Penn State has a good chance. We could see an all B10 final if the Lions get out of that side of the bracket. The difference this year is QB play. The B10 has the best three in the field. Ewers is not mobile enough and the new Georgia QB is inexperienced. The ND QB will struggle against the defenses he will face.

Unpopular take: Every team in the playoffs deserved to be in the playoffs and no other team deserved a spot instead of one of the teams that made it. It doesn't matter that every game featured a team that got dominated in the first round. Arguments about seeding and first round byes are valid, but not who should have been in. Also, I noticed that the talking heads who were loudly proclaiming that Clemson, Indiana, and SMU didn't deserve to be in the playoffs and offered up how badly they were beaten as proof, were strangely silent about Tennessee who was arguably crushed worse than any of the four losing teams in the first round. I keep hearing the Big10 is the best but all week I keep hearing OSU has all the best players in CFB and yet they are the 3rd best team in the Big10 and have 2 losses and one to a .500 team at home and Oregon who has no losses is said to have the lowest rated and least effective defense in the playoffs per the experts and is said to have very little chance to win in the Rose Bowl. So If all this is true than the I see an entire conference that is overrated as undefeated in a season is a pointless bench mark that any team should strive for
