Reminds me of how great i felt in Dec 1992 when i visited my aunt at Kiandege village(Nyina wa shiru ndegwa) neighbouring wainainas home. It was such a moment when i stepped in nyahururu, mairu inya, shauri, Kiandege upto Ndogino. At shauri i saw Kamenja Bar which was adjacent to Ha ikua (welding shop). I was an overnight hero when i returned and narrated to my peers how i cud vividly relate with places mentioned in wainainas songs including kirurumo (Tfalls) in nyahururu town. Unfortunately i had a chance to meet Wainaina nor Kanicy!
My ex used to send me this song after we broke up.But i was determined to leave him becos he had another family, after I knew it my interest in him faded away.
