Yes we are certainly in the great revolt or apostasy predicted by St. Paul in Thessalonians II:2. And it is remarkable that not only did she confirm this, but foresaw that there would be "a remnant" of orthodox Catholics who would not follow a heretical pope (or popes) - antipopes - into apostasy, but remain steadfast in their profession of the magisterial, infallibly defined Catholic Faith.
