- B-Team Jiu Jitsu Phenom, Jozef Chen and his coach Dima Murovanni joined us here at Bangtao recently for a seminar sharing all of his secrets to why he is the most exciting grappler on the planet right now.
Coming off his 2023 ADCC European Trials win, where he impressed with victories over the likes of Oliver Taza, Jozef has a lot of bjj wisdom and knowledge to share despite being only 19 years old.
We look at the third technique shared with us here at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA, this time from his esteemed coach Dima, Dima focused on off balancing your opponent to achieve strong grip positions and leg lock entrys.
