Great vid. I have a 318 as well but with a 49 blower single stage. This will be my first winter with it. I thought the 47 two stage was shaft drive and for the 400 series. Damn with I had the bigger better 47 hope my little 49 holds up.
@lawnboy81SMS - No modifications were needed. This is an original John Deere attachment for the 318, 322 and 332. Everything was made in the JD factory without modifications. The belt drive and hydraulic connectors were designed and built for a direct connection. These units occasionally come up for sale on eBay but they are expensive.
@eddipaola Wait, i know why i thought it was a different one. The "F" Series Blowers look very similar, if not the exact same. Well, looks like fun and wish i had one. For now, im stuck with an LX176 with 38' deck and 42" snow plow. But for being 14 years old, even having that is a lot. It was my goal to get a deere with a plow and i accomplished it.
They all are the same the blower it self for the 318,322,332,420,430,and the "f" series all use the same blower head its just the mounts and drive line that are different.
eddipaola the Suitcase Green Weights that are on the back of the tractor. What is the name of the bracket that they are sitting on? Did you make it or buy it from some place like Heavy Hitch?
lightningsmokerXx I bought the bracket on eBay from absolutemetalworks. It's heavy duty and holds the weights closer to the tractor than the bracket from Deere. I just checked, they are still available for $119.99.

Wicked. I have a 332 with a 54 blade, the 47 set up on a 300 series is a beast,.....period. Cool video.
