Nobody can change stop or discourage, change of leadership, governments, party’s coming to power or going out of power doesn’t really affect the development or growth ,
It will have its own pace

Hyderabad means Hyderabad ORR. The price should drop there. RRR laanti overaction projects are gone case. People would rather invest in Amaravati ORR instead of investing in Hyderabad RRR

@@Chintucrayz The point is Not about me personally buying real estate somewhere. Its about many people who come to watch this video who can see my comment and also realise that the logic is not refuted by anyone else. So people will understand that this is the way to go.

@@mazakwithmoksha9844 Like I said, if hyderabad ORR prices are cheap then that is the 1st preference. Then next comes Amaravati ORR. At last comes hyderabad RRR. I see that the prices in hyderabad RRR are very costly given the fact that this is a "suburban" region in government's own words i.e. there will not be many IT, Pharma etc companies coming there or only the medium to low paid jobs will be available there. While Amaravati ORR already has HCL and Engireeing colleges lile SRM, VIT, Amritha and medical colleges like AIIMS, and MBA institutes like XLRI agreed to setup within Amaravati ORR
