You put these words so well together, in a way, I wouldn't have thought to explain it. I've had some trouble explaining how those pebbles are boulders on my chest to some of my family, but I think this will be a good way to put it in terms they would understand too. I've tried with energy levels that have been dealt out before but they didn't get it fully. And thank you for talking about the shame that is unneeded but felt nonetheless. I needed to hear that. Also SPIDERMAAAAAN!! YAAAAAASSSSSS
Replying to messages takes a while for me, and apparently the same applies to comments... But I build up some energy because I wanted to say thank you for that comment! I set so pretty modest goals for myself with this series; if I just made a journal for myself, that was enough of a win. But hearing other benefit from this exercise? So heartwarming! So motivating! Just with this, no matter what happens, this series has been a rousing success. So you are very welcome for me talking about the shame associated with depression, low energy levels, and trying my best to find the right words. But a huge thank you to you for listening and engaging. Means the world to me! And “Spider-man, yas!” indeed.
