This was definitely a jam packed podcast, especially for us with no property experience, there's is soo much more to learn especially with establishing a relationship with lenders, alot of big terms used this time around but they have sparked an urge to learn more.
Thank you very much indeed for the positive feedback. We greatly appreciate your engagement. We still crave more subscribers to help us stay on top of the You Tube algorithms. Please help us get more subscribers wherever possible!
Mr Mogobe i appreciate & love your content very much. I would like to see you interview Chinese entrepreneurs who started clothing shops.I am Motswana want to own shop similar to Chinese ones in the future.

This a splendid podcast, I’ve only watched a few episodes (have a lot of catching up to do) but I’ve learnt so much. Firstly, I’d like to thank you, your guests and your team for such an educative and inspirational content, especially the real estate investment interviews as I’m an aspiring real estate investor, so a big thank you. Secondly I’d like to comment on the flipping vs buying and hold issue. In my opinion, flippers become investors, I believe flipping can be used for capital raising as it has big rewards short term than buying and hold. To be honest, most of us young Batswana start off either in debt from Black Tax or In cases where we are debt free, we often don’t have the enough capital even for a deposit, a deposit which could have lowered the loan repayments ensuring a positive cash flow. Unfortunately most of people end up having to take 100% finance from Banks and this becomes a huge huddle for a new “buy and hold” strategist. Even the Brrr strategy is not so efficient because to refinance a mortgage, one has to have a good track record of 5 years (I stand to be corrected), but flipping can generate profits within months. Thirdly, could you please have someone who have experience in group/partnership property development/investing. (If there is a video that touched on this, I will search for it.) Lastly, I am very much interested in joining your mentorship program, kindly share the info on how I could go about it. Thank you 🙏🏾
