One thing I’ve noticed in almost all of these Korean cooking videos is a high level of cleanliness and organization no matter the location; street food or restaurant. They’re clean, well stocked and organized. They’re able to run like a well oiled machine by following an established process/procedure for their recipes that’s proven and tested, I love it.
@RowdyLowdy I was going to comment but you expressed my observations perfectly! I am American, and as you stated, whether street or restaurant, it is truly a well oiled machine. I work with a couple as their State Fair vendor comes to my state every year (great fun) and they are efficient and clean. One of the best on the circuit. They cannot compare to the cleanliness and efficiency of these vendors no matter how wonderful they are! I would add if any couple has the strength and opportunity to do this in the USA, you can make cash hand over fist. It's hard work but you can make a fortune. Simply giving a tip here from my experience. Having this background, these vendors are simply amazing to one who understands the extreme physical commitment and the business acumen required.

@@WorldTravelerCA Your comment is curious, the USA has 33% obesity in the country, Korea has 4% and an important campaign against it. While health care in Korea is precisely to decrease these numbers due to the high consumption of "fast" food, traditional food is mostly vegetable with fish or shellfish.

@@christineallen4098either way. It’s all personal preference really. I like it fried, my dad would eat it both ways, my son only likes it fried with mayo on toast. Spam is a national treasure.

Maybe you talk about the second, with avocado at 6:21 (because i don't see pink stuff in the first), but i do think it's tarama (mixed fish eggs) because it really look like that. I could make a mistake, of course.
