Ross Carbonite LiveTD How-To: DVE Allocations

It's important to always know the status of your DVE slots!
Note these best practices:
-Use the "Status" menu to check how many DVEs available and used
-Clear out MiniME DVEs by allocating extra DVEs in full MEs
-Build all boxes in the same ME to avoid tying up extra DVEs
