Im a cc/Fever fan (Iowa native/grad) ... but I think Carrington's point was valid, just wish she hadnt been so venomous about it -- and maybe spoke about it betwee the two of them .... CC needed to disassociate herself from the hate mongering (the racially/sexuality charged prejudicial words and implicit biases spewed) in CC''s supposed "behalf." .... It had just gotten so gross and all those players social media being flooded en mass by those types of CC fans. Ick. Glad cc finally addressed it directly.
Dijonai can talk big when she has nearly the whole WNBA behind her. So brave. It takes no guts or integrity to run her mouth off. Now CC, she has guts and plenty of them. Dijonai is not fit to carry her sneakers.
DiJonai did what was right! She called Caitlin out and it caused her to later on make a better statement about the situation. She said what SO many people were thinking. Many people were relieved and gratful that DiJonai called it out!
These vets are a joke. I mean these vets are good players but their actions ruin their talent and they upset they not getting noticed. Guess what if you would of all been supportive people would of noticed your skill and on top of that your support for the rookies. Kindness does wonders.

DiJonai ONLY called Caitlin out because an interview came out where Caitlin indicated that she didn’t care about people using her name in “culture wars”. Caitlin’s first response seemed as if she was okay with the racism, misogyny etc. that her fan base spews everywhere. So LATER ON Caitlin ended up changing her response BECAUSE DIJONAI called out Caitlin. So thanks to DiJonai Caitlin LATER came out with the statements where she spoke against the racism, misogyny, etc. Also, SO many ppl on social media other than DiJonai were unhappy with Caitlin’s initial response. Dijonai was absolutely correct and its sad it took her speaking up for caitlins pr teams to get caitlin to give a different response.
