Seems like a decent overall speaker build!
However, there's a few things I would have done differently.
1) I'd have kept the car radio in its enclosure - makes swapping/upgrading the unit relatively easy.
2) I'd have used a slightly bigger battery pack. Car radios are notorious for eating a lot of power. I'd have also gone 4S with a 12V regulator, instead of 3S - that radio won't work below 10V.
3) I'd have used 4x full range speakers instead of 2x woofers and 2x tweeters. After all, the car radio has the option for four speakers (though it's better than the last time you used this amplifier).
4) I'd have added an aerial for FM radio. The radio will default to FM and you won't pick anything up without an antenna.
