Update -- So since launching this video I've got a few 'dislikes'. Thaaats too many. What didn't you like ? Please let me know. If you don't - you're bound to get more sucky videos like this one !
I got a terrible launch and got into another rider off the start (my apologies to him.) And lost my cool trying to make up positions too early - and found myself on the ground several times in the first few minutes. I mixed in some rear facing camera footage as well - as I think it shows terrain and conditions better sometimes.

Wow. That’s a tough race. I stopped counting after 5 get offs. It’s hard to get going again sometimes. Props for finishing.

Thanks. Yeah, I was on the ground about 5 times the first lap. Maybe one the next two laps. Not only hard to get going sometimes - but getting in the groove is harder.

@@philipcaudill626 yeah that’s what I meant. It’s like you have to get your balance back and your mind back into the race. It’s tough.
