I like this. That interior has such a 70s feel. I could easily relax in that. Want to, as well, seeing as wife and I have our 12th anniversary in about three weeks. But alas, work comes first. Relaxing? Beating daughter in a kayak (or similar) race is my idea of relaxing. Great job, here. *But now, it's off to bed - finally - at 2:45am!!! Been one of those days...
Seems like the definition of luxury and relaxation-the staff even have custom uniforms with the yacht's name! BTW, 9:10 this made me smile a bit: of course, you mean 32 (Wi-Fi) _access points,_ as the entire yacht is presumably on the same network, so it would only have 1 router.
Putting personal opinions aside from anyone, this Super yacht is absolutely gorgeous. You have out done yourself with this video, your presentation of this video, the right amount of time in all spaces. It's not about better, but more about different and equally, great, I think you found your equilibrium. Only one last thing to say Absolutely Gorgeous!
wow, What a superb video, what a technique in the presentation that really makes this word "relaxation" felt. More and more I have the impression of being present. Too bad the reality is different. Thank you for these beautiful images, these good texts , those feelings so fair. 😍😍👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏
What an elegant boat! The sun deck furniture is noticeably well coordinated - well planned symmetries throughout. Lovely, loungy character. Thanks, David!
Hi David. W stands for WOW WONDERFUL. Totally relaxing in 7 star luxury. The whaler has more insane power and gyro stabilisation than most yachts! ! There's more toys than Hamleys the crew attention to details are exceptional. Time codes too. Great video thanks 😊

8 people, only about $60k each for the week. Relax, bask in the knowledge that you're not on the hook for the other 51 week's worth of overheads, depreciation etc.
@@Yachtsforsaleblog Doesn’t happen if the crew are on point! Mould doesn’t happen overnight! This is a sign of neglect. If you put a vessel for charter, every inch has to be perfect. This is simply not good enough and neither is your flippant response.
If not your best video presentation of a MY, it's very close to the best. Enjoyed it from beginning to end. Now to figure out how to scrounge up $400K so I can book a trip on W.
Thx for another great video. I do have a question for you. My two favorite series of videos are about Silent Yachts and Wider 150 & 160. I understand that all yachts don´t have space for solar panels and that it might not be the best for all yachts. But why doesn´t more yachts have a diesel electric propulsion? And why can´t I find any smaller yachts with that?
Wow. Just wow. Let me know if you get any more freebies and I'll be there! :-) In the meantime, I'll just watch jealously at the people who were lucky enough or worked hard enough to afford it.
Wow. I'll say it again - WOW!!! That's not just an irresistible advert for W but super yacht ownership in itself. If you are a "qualified buyer", what are you waiting for?
Regarding the yacht design, the main salon is pretty enclosed and dark, it's quite inner ferry. Effectively dead space if the guests gravitate to other more pleasant spaces. Similar issue with the guest cabins, essentially no windows. It's steerage yet billionaire price level. You could reasonably say that a Pearl 95 at 1/10 the price would be a more beautiful experience. A boat you could purchase outright for 14 weeks of this charter. I was about to suggest that Feadship and other big yacht makers pay special attention to interior design so they don't just build ferries with no sense of joy but looking at Feadship's own webpage, there are only exterior shots of their ships. I know W is a refit but it's a metal ship, they could easily have made bigger cabin windows and opened the salon. You would never see a salon/lounge this enclosed on a new yacht 1/10 the price of this. It would seem they have a blind spot on interior design which has to be dangerous to their business at this level.
You say at the end that "if W calls you, it makes a lot of sense". I would say it make a lot of cents too ;) Btw, do you know what kind of internet speed one can expect on a yacht?
It's a nice yacht, but i just don't get excited by these pleasure palaces, I'd so much rather have a proper explorer yacht.....haha.. like I could afford one. Love the Allseas 92.
The irony is that people who can afford such a boat are just too busy and stressed to truly unwind and enjoy such a boat! LOL.... They are usually too worried about maintaining or doubling their wealth! So, don't waste your time envying them! Now, if you have a rich friend who has such a boat, that's a totally different story! You can then truly and deeply enjoy such a boat without a single worry!!! LOL......
The same could be said of car rental, but they provide a service. In the case of a yacht, the charters simply don’t want to buy a yacht - they want to use one for a limited period of time. Most yachts just about halve their running costs by chartering, but don’t come anywhere near covering the cost if the vessel.
I know there are those to whom this is petty cash, friends of the family are billionaires and occasionally charter an oversized yacht in the med but while yachts are costly things, charter seems to make it a couple of times worse. It's a shame. Let's say this could hypothetically be chartered most of the year, say 50 weeks at 450k average (this boat is 500k high season) that's 22.5million per year. And this is maybe a 50million dollar yacht. And this weight class of yacht probably depreciates a fair bit but little known fun fact, popular sizes adn models of yachts don't drop much in price, just the new price rises with inflation. There are 6-7 year old prestige and princess yachts that cost the same as they were new. So should charter be able to pay for the entire yacht every 2½ years... or let's say 4 years with less than full booking and costs. Imagine renting a house where the rent pays for the house ever 2½ years. That would be expensive. Same is true or even more true with smaller yacht charter where the cost of chartering for 2 weeks approaches out right owning it the whole year. Say a million dollar yacht might cost you 4k a day to charter. That's 56k for 2 weeks. The yacht might depreciate significantly less than that for a full year, ignoring insurance, fuel, berthing and service for the sake of argument. As an example Lefkas berthing for a full year is about 7500euros. So let's say you buy the yacht with 2 other owners, each can use the boat around 15 weeks a year, you can say you own the yacht for the same price as a single week's charter per year. You don't have to book a week long in advance, you can just go. And I can't help feel that shouldn't be the case. Charter would be a great way to experience it without the commitment of buying it but why 10x the price.
Love the channel, but $400+k for a week. How deep do your pockets need to be??? Only people able to do this are the same folks that would own their own.
I suspect this could be the gateway to ownership. Use this as both a vacation and a test to see what you want in a yacht of your own. Would be nice to have the sort of money that gives you the option. Though people who earn that sort of money may be too busy to properly use a yacht of their own (at least until they retire) so chartering may be the best use of their time/money.
The "to buy or to charter" debate is an interesting one. I can honestly see the advantages of both sides. Even if you spend about a million on a little over two weeks on board plus expenses, it is a small fraction of ownership costs.
I've watched Below Deck enough times to know that the inflatable slide is torture for the crew. I don't care how much money I'm spending on a charter I would never ask them to put that awful slide in the water. It's big, cumbersome, and ugly. It looks like a carnival ride, not something that belongs in gorgeous turquoise waters. When I go swimming, I jump into the water. Wow, what a concept. These water toys are ridiculous. Why does money buy entitlement?
That is a spectacular investment opportunity! Such a beautiful, well appointed yacht! Unfortunately, my bank doesn’t feel I qualify for such a loan. Can you believe it? Their loss (& mine).
95% of what people do on these charters, they can do the same things while staying at a much, much nicer rental home or hotel, with full wait staff, for less than a tenth of the cost of the charter.....and your house or hotel isn't constantly rocking like you would be in open water.
@@anthonytakouam2392 First of all, arguing on here is for children. Yeah, I can wake up wherever I want to, in whatever hotel I want to. I did that for 30 days straight several times, 30 different cities, 30 different hotels. Apparently you're not that bright.
