Good morning. Came over from Keep on Growing with Mike Dunzee! I am loving how you grow. Will definitely be looking at your root vegetable videos!! That's why I came over in the first place!! LOL!! I was scrolling around first. You have an amazing catalogue of videos! Will subscribe!! Looking forward to learning from you and of course your subscribers who offer their tips in the comments!!! God Bless You More!!!
Thank you for making this video! 😊
Beautiful! Now I know I can save 50% of the nutrient money for a yield size almost the same as full strength. 🤩 Would luv to see a video on how you made the foam grow box and what plastic inner lining was used.
Thank you! here is the video for the DIY grow box th-cam.com/video/DfDqsObRkV4/w-d-xo.html. Happy gardening!🌱🙂
Thank you!
boss yung solution na half strength pwede ko ba irecycle para sa full strength? Meaning magdagdag n lang ako na 1ml nutri per liter?
Excelente canal e excelentes vídeos. Sou fã. Parabéns.
Thanks for the info friend.
Hello. I’m curious how often you change water or what preparation of water needed in addition to nutrition. Aeration or something, if you have video it will be cool, thanks 😊
Looks like the seedlings starting out in full strengthe nudged out the half strength.. in the end.. but not by a a huge amount. I generally start my seedling out with half strength, so I'll continue to do this. If I were selling to customers, I might up the game with full strength.
Have you ever grown to completion with the cup in cup, without moving to the larger bin?
Great video. I just subscribed
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Amazing! Where do you get your containers from that hold the nutrient solution?
It's a DIY grow box made out of foamboard. Here is how I make them th-cam.com/video/DfDqsObRkV4/w-d-xo.html 🌱🙂
@@healinghobbies thank you!
Can you tell us the type and amount of solution you used for full strength?
I use masterblend 4-18-38 full strength ratio 12g Masterblend 12g Calcium Nitrate 6g Epsom Salt in 5 gallons of water. I hope this helps!🌱😊
How many ml per liter did you use? I was thinking just this morning I needed to ask you if kale and spinach use 8 ml like lettuce does or do they take 10? The results of this experiment means I won't be making any more weak solution for my seedlings!
I like to keep it simple, diluted a regular full strength nutrient solution for leafy greens in a gallon or bucket then take out an equal part of full strength and water. In this case, I use 1 liter of full strength solution then mix it with 1 liter of water that makes the half strength solution. Yes, one reason of this experiment is to streamline nutrients solution mixing process and to see if seedlings will experience nutrient burn when introduce to full strength. With regards, to kale & spinach basically I use one solution for all leafy greens (Lettuce ratio: 8ml per gallon from my DIY A&B concentrated solution or If using a Masterblend powder: NPK 10g, CN10g, ES5g for 5 gallon of water)🌱🙂
This experiment would be more interesting if you kept the nutrients coming in from both in separate containers. But I do know in general nutrients is necessary to prevent stunted growth.
Very nice only water
I didnt notice much of a difference in the end. Was there a difference in taste l?
No taste difference 🌱😊
wow...
ilan watts po ung grow ligth??
Did you use RO water to make and dilute the nutrients? If you used tapwater you`d have to account for the elemental contribution of the water in both nutrients :)
I used tapwater 🌱😊
What are those dark spots in the leaves?
Those are dark red spots which is the characteristics of this lettuce variety.🌱🙂
So no difference at all?
A slight difference size. Full strength is slightly bigger🌱😊
