Iḿ not known in Mallorca so I have a question. Is it a save island. I mean can I use this as a vacation house being certain that we don't have bad company (burglars)

I would love for the walls to be rammed earth, but unfortunately, this looks like textured concrete. if that’s the case, I don’t see how this can be claimed to be eco-friendly.
other than that, very exciting architecture.
last but not least, with such ambition, why a swimming pool the size of a bathtub - should be three to four times the length.

All materials in the house have been carefully chosen for their energy efficiency and minimal ecological footprint, the structure of the house actually contains out of terracota bricks from Felanitx & rammed earth walls! We hear you about the pool but in this case the architects aimed for a more cozy pool experience rather than a sprawling one! :)

Maybe a little too much minimalistic. Is there huge swathes of land coming with the "villa" ? Because otherwise I'm not saying anything of quality that warrants 3,350,000 € and no the surrounding farmlands and newly planted orchyards are not what I'd call beautiful lol. Basically a brown/beige colored box in the middle of nowhere with sand and dirt around.
