So guys, I love you all so much! I learned from posting this video that the “geese” sound I was referring to is called Inuit Throat Singing and is indigenous to their native Eskimo culture. Which is super cool! I meant zero disrespect I’m my reaction to it, it just caught me totally off guard and I wasn’t expecting it. I know of Tuvan Throat Singing but never heard of this kind. So if you didn’t know either, now you do! Love you all!
I'm glad you learned something new Tara! We all learn new things everyday. Thank you for clarifying. I love your content and how lovely you are. (I would have legit responded the sameway if I didn't know what it was)
Would you kindly please react to Matt Corby - Miracle Love (Live At Manchester Cathedral)? I really would love to hear your thoughts about it Thank you very much!
@@lxerol yesssss! I have been asking for Tara to react to him for AGES! But I want to see her react to Brother from Like A Version. But I would love to see that version of Miracle Love too, it’s AMAZING!
If my research has taught me anything, I want to say that's Inuit throat singing specifically. I know other cultures have throat singing but when I see two women doing it, I immediately associate it with Inuit folks. But I could be completely wrong.
Because it’s Friday I got lost on TH-cam and started looking at a bunch of vocal coach reactions. Just came to this one to tell you Tara that you’re the only YT vocal coach of the ones I watched where I felt like I learned something new every time! Thank you
5:30 that was actually a traditional Native Eskimo Inuit tribal throat song. nothing to really laugh at or make fun of... it’s just different to anyone who isn’t aware of whats going on! they actually did a very good job. i wish you knew that before you reacted with jokes and laughter. but it’s not your fault.
Well it’s super cool! It’s just a natural reaction for someone who has t heard of it and sees it in the middle of so go f videos for the first time. No disrespect.
What's wrong with you!? Why can't people be honest and spontaneous and say what comes to them without people taking offense? You must be very unhappy if you find fault in something this innocent. People can't joke anymore, smile at strangers anymore because of people Just Like You. Tara, you go girl! Stop sucking up to dead beats with hurt feelings and Just Be You.
Myles Kennedy (front man for the band Alter Bridge) and their songs In Loving Memory, Watch Over You, and Blackbird would all be fantastic reaction video options. Myles Kennedy won Loudwire's 2012 vocalist of the year award and he has multiple live performances of each song.
Lauren Paley is the Stair well Siren ... you must listen to her other songs in the stair well Soooooo beautiful! !!!! Her Blends of Titanic and Little mermaid and some of just her instrumental ( a capella) songs are so spot on.
"how slowly controlled is that vibrato" "Love that slow vibrato" Tara 😳 give me back my working braincell, I swear you and I always hone in on the same tone qualities
I instantly recognized from American idol. She’s a great performer!

Hi Tara, I always see the Tiktoks but hardly comment on them. Love Marah Justine One singing of WH's song and Ricky Rosen's tone and great sound; your reaction, while he's singing, was humorous. Remember, Tom Jones "I'll Never Fall in Love Again" (1967).
i love your reactions! it’s great to hear about the actual singing from someone who really knows what they’re talking about i know you love ptx already so do you think you would do a reaction to be my eyes, their new(ish) single at some point?
Throat singing is really popular here in Canada as well...it is a vocal talent to be able to pay homage to geese and other natural wonders. I really hope you make a disclaimer about this because laughing at it is quite offensive but I know that you had no idea but please make mention or a re-edit so that it ages well and can be used as an educational moment during this time of anti-racism. Especially with First Nations People’s they are one of the most oppressed cultures here in Canada and we are trying to bring more attention and awareness to de-colonizing...this is a hot topic since people in Nova Scotia were attacked for being part of the First Nations group. Please please please heed the warnings and use this moment to bring light to such an important topic! Music is universal and we love all cultural voices!
5:20 it's called Inuit throat singing (or Kattajaq) and it's a traditional practice from the Inuit culture, not a ridiculous thing. But taking in count you probably didn't know, respect it next time you hear again
i thought that you should know the girl MaraJustine who,s singing at 2 mins 10 seconds as sung on America,s got talent years ago and her performance can be found on youtube if you type in her name

The video of the women “imitating the sound of geese” is called throat singing. It’s has to do with their culture.
