Sir, steam curing accelerate hardening process. We can add it but this will add more cost to project. This is small capacity plant. So its not advisable to go for steam curing.

This looks like clc blocks. Heat curing is needed for aac blocks which is not done in video. So must be clc bls.
Sir, This is ALC, Not CLC. In simple Statement - Fusion of CLC and AAC making process, Block Almost similar to AAC with Investment Almost like CLC :)
That is not the AAC plant. AAC needs Autoclave to dry the blocks. Where is your autoclaves? Do not lie.
