✔ cocoa 20 g
✔ 1 teaspoon vanilla
Training. First, eggs, sugar, vanilla are mixed and milk is added. Add flour and cocoa, mix so that there are no lumps, add hot water and vegetable oil and mix again. Leave the dough for 20 minutes. The consistency of the dough is relatively liquid.
After the pan is well heated, it is greased with oil (once oiled, it does not need to be greased later) and a blini is baked.
If desired, cocoa can be used, then the amount of cocoa must be replaced with flour.
