How did they get rid of the buzzards? My wife and I drove to look at this beautiful home and it’s a massive buzzard roost. I watch the realtors video and you can see them on the roof.
There is a pond behind the home and I believe that is what attracts them. We actually scared them off with our drone before doing photos and video

Be a politician or drug lord, not a doctor. Doctors get paid wages, that's a terrible way to earn money and try to build wealth. The drug lord is swimming in cash, so be a pharmaceutical company and sell dangerous drugs legally and have the politicians be in your pocket. If you go the politician right, make sure to sell yourself to the corporate/oligarch overlords so you get powerful committee positions and can then do illegal insider trading legally. If you still under 35 and have marginal looks, then starve yourself and exercise 6 days a week to bag yourself a rich person, marry them then kill them, then you can let yourself go. Make sure the wills have been changed or forged before you knock him/her off. Good luck!
Cool place but should have saved some of the budget to get more land so you're not right up next to the highway or your neighbors' asses.
I love a modern castle inspired style but these tiny yards are a bit ridiculous, it needs to be built in an isolated large piece of land with no neighbor in sight.

My question is why is it so cheap (Not saying that $5,850,000 is not a lot of money) But for that size house it is cheap
Most likely location and the lot. Its way too big for the size of the lot. There's basically nothing except the house. Most large houses like these would be on lots 10x larger. The location is also odd if you google map the location it's not only next to a school and ball field, but its almost wedged inside the school zone as if its part of that land. It's also right a main road. It's basically a builder who never thought about having a sellable house.
That has to be one of the ugliest houses I’ve ever seen. Such a complete waste of money.

He’s right. That has to be the worst one I’ve seen. The shiny black everywhere…including the ceilings. That bizarre kitchen. It’s a giant castle sitting among other houses in a swamp. That’s a hard sell in my opinion.
Something inside me says that if I'm buying something like this, I don't want visible neighbors lol
