Just ordered the miniMidi from Perfect Circuit. I'm very curious how the quality compares to competition like the Michigan Synthworks or FaderFox. I plan to use as mix console with audio sent to BitWig via Sleepers ES-9. I love the long travel sliders. Is there by any chance firmware to do things like change the range or slope?
Nice! I've been using the miniMidi in a similar mixer setup with Ableton and ES-8. There's a web editor available at: editor.frommdesign.com/ the current version allows for changing Midi Channel and CC numbers, but doesn't have range or slope yet. I've been working on an updated web editor with more options but haven't had time to finalize it yet due to other freelance/work projects. If you don't mind sending a quick message with any features requests via the contact form on the frommdesign website I'd be happy to try to add them into the next release: www.frommdesign.com/custom
@@nilesfromm My suggestion for a future version is a mute and solo button for each slider. Or the knob is a click. And include a few other color slider condoms ;)
