Doesn't that record only show their ranked record? So he's 25 - 0 on ranked but the guy probably mostly other modes instead hence the prestige xp level.
I was like 15-1 at one point, just don't play a lot of ranked. If you play a few games each season, you're playing in the 400's and it's easy. If I were trying to keep a perfect record, I would just play until I hit 500-550 and wait for it to reset me to 400, rinse repeat.
Records only count for ranked, not BR.
