@@ac_tech_delhi But bro - it doesn't really work. Such are very few incidents. Most of the cases are "Hafta Vasooly" cases only. Husband is paying Taxes, Alimony to wife, court fees, Lawyers fees, Police fees, etc. In return, Government is fighting case of females on above mentioned money. Later females go Escort free. Paisa waste. Plus all mental harassment to husband.

Quashing has very low success rate. Lawyers are cunning enough to adjust the petition before itself so that quashing does not happen. Also, it is a headache for NRIs to go for quash because if quash petition is dismissed, anticipatory bail needs to be applied and the the person cannot leave the country which might result in loss of job abroad.

In this 498A, DV, Rape - such gender biased laws are in complete Violation of Article 21 of Indian Constitution. In this case, males suffers a lot and in last he get relief but of no use. By then he had lost most his life achievements, plans, dreams, career, houses, money, etc.
A man is always at taking end and get in last only "Babaji ka Thuloo".
Now new Bharatiya Nyay Samhita - Article - 86 is not different. It is rechristened of Artile 498A.
No mention of any proof from females. Completely misused by females in same manner.

Recently my nighbor girl family throws husband mother out of there own house and demand money to buy the spot bike for wife bothor. 80 years old mother sleep on road after we invite my home for sleeps. 😢 it not one story evry 3rd or 4th house story mostly ganeral cast. मैडम जी कभी आम आदमी बन कर कॉर्ट में जाना क़ानून पर कुत्ते मूत ते है भारत का न्याय व्यवस्था नापन्सक है इंसाफ सिर्फ पैसो से ही मिलता है आपको पता है कि हाई कॉर्ट का वकील 482 में FIR क्वाश करवाने के कितने रुपए लेता है? झूठी FIR करवाने में सिर्फ पांच से दस हज़ार और क्वाश करवाने में 1.5लाख . वाह भाई क्या क़ानून है कैसी व्यवस्था है?
