Coco is one of those rare films that doesn't need a sequel. Great story and music, voice acting & well developed characters. It was all made from the heart of my proud corazon.
It would be nonsense if they make a sequel because Coco already passed away and reunited with her loved ones.

Agreed, except for the "rare film" part. There are SO MANY out there that really should have been left at one movie, but because the studio execs wanted to ride the money train, they kept making more.
My daughter is 18 months old & OBSESSED with Coco! She cries for it when she wakes up, all through the day until she goes to bed. She sings and dances to every song. She can’t watch any other movie. I’m in awe with her connection to the music and culture. She’s Hispanic on her Daddy’s side & already very proud of her heritage! ❤️❤️❤️

I loved this movie, it taught me so much about Mexican culture. To me Dia de muertos looked like a grim celebration before but now I see that it's actually a wonderful tradition. To remember our family members and celebrate love

I love this movie! I've seen Disney make so many movies of princesses of all backgrounds except Mexican or Latin. But when I went to see this movie. It totally brought tears to my face, it was a nice story and now Hispanic kids of this generation can see characters that look like them and not just blonde and black, like most Hollywood movies

Órale junior wow I didn’t know that there was such such a thing a false Latinx. Terms are born over time, that’s how language works, words are born and meanings evolve.
It’s alright to be split on whether or not you want to use the term, in 50 years or so we’ll see if the term gets officialized like the terms Latino, Hispanic, Chicano, etc. But going as far as saying you aren’t a real Latinx bc you decide to use a certain term is where I’d draw the line, it ain’t that serious

My kid and I watch this movie every day, and it’s because I love it. I cry every time they get to the end when he’s singing to Coco. I’m not Hispanic. It’s just having empathy and understanding to the storyline that makes it so popular.

I’m proud to be Mexican and in a way, when I’m listening to the songs that Anthony is singing and are from other artists, I feel like I’m in a different universe where nothing bad happened and I’m happy because songs make me feel like me and fuel my imagination.
