When I was a lot younger I used to do manual recycling on rear loaders, but I'd appreciate it much more these days. Closest I've done to this is the same, except with heaps of 80L and 120L bins - also I'd flip the lid instead of leaving the containers upside down :P Another situation where I'd like to have been a garbo in the 1990s...

@rempledisposal If the lids were on, it would make the homeowners WAY happier. Just sayin....you tend to get LOADs of tips that way. You can make easily 200$ in one day if you do good service. Just a suggestion.
well what kind of of truck do you have that it has 23,500 gvw. I drive a 2012 international 7400 with a unversal handling duel rear loader an it has a 26,000 gvw rating ya sorry about the eariler comment good to see u like or job we get a lot of young strikers an they cant handle the work lol
yes congratulations you are great at math. half of the time we have heavy days witch is usually 3 days a week for my crew and some have 5 full heavy days. the routes arent house counted , they are based on the size of area so there not really fair. Ive had my fair share of 30 ton days, defiantly not fun in the summer, bad body cramps with the heat nd the amount of week.. nd not all are 15 if we hve a longbox we can pull a 20 on it but the gvw is 23,500 so were pretty much breeaking it without

Resident's do not complain. as long as we dont make a mess and throw there can it doesnt matter where we set them down. 3 feet from the curb if its on the street tho. Also keep in mind the resident has to move the can sooner or later and sooner is better so the wind doesnt blow them away or some kids come and kick the cans down. Dont tell me how

@rempledisposal most people put lids back on bins or atleast make sure they stand upright.
