Blocking whit atmospheric makes ALL the damage do back to the enemy (If the move doens't bypass/block break) And heavy Weathers being a block bypass that can't be parried AND a good block break whit insane combo potencial makes this stand one of the crasiest stands ever released on the ENTIRE GAME 💀💀💀
from what i see here, ur main dmg sources are soaring tempest and space rippers, and oh boy did soaring tempest get a huge buff, it's now way quicker and deals even more dmg
Heavy weather doesn't hit ragdoll opponents 😭 It has a hitbox when you use the move, getting hit by it gives you they snail debuffs, its not like in some games where getting hit by the rainbow gives you the debuffs oh yeah heavy weather's startup is cancellable lol
you basically cant do anything to a stw user if they keep using their ts and just keep running around the map without letting you deal good damage to him especially overusing timeswitches and timeskips just to run away and counter as much as possible before restarting the running cycle and only leaching damage from counters or ts

Blocking in atmospheric manipulation reflects all damage back to the attacker btw, so u could've just blocked

true, but actually you mostly rely on flash freeze and frog rain
