This is a great video! The NYC rental market is crazy now. I saw the result count in your Streeteasy view on your phone screen and it show 300+ apartments for $2000 and under (my guess is that was back in 2021). If you do that same search now, you get about 35 and most of which are super uptown. Did you end up moving to Manhattan full time? And where’s the kickboxing place you’d mentioned you wanted to go to?
