No just save the draft with lyrics and do it again with the sticker option it works

You have to press and hold on the lyrics and move it down so it moves back a layer.

Guys, if the photo doesn't paste, then just add the copied photo as a new image (you can do this by simply going to your photo library while holding the photo) and then use the Instagram sticker feature to insert the new photo into the story. Thank me later ;)
