Hey, we're good at what we do. She doesn't do stand-up, so of course she's better off-the-cuff. But this wasn't bad by any measure. Her timing was good, and if you don't have that in standup (or any comedy really), then nothing else matters. If she had an opportunity to do more standup, she'd no doubt get better at it.
I enjoy her comments on the show a great deal from time to time. I like how her mind works on certain topics, she comes at it a lot of times in the end like I would, but attacks it a different way in her mind. Sometimes in doing so she makes me think of it even a third way which is cool.

My observation of Gutfeld is that mockery is certainly the thematic style of his late night. That tendency spills over into routine jabs at Kat. It's alright for a couple of times, until it gets old as that school bully who picks on the weak kid in the hall. Kat's attempts to distance herself from Gutfeld's mockery is noticeable, even when it's subtle. I appreciate her confidence to try things out in front of an Audience that isn't New York. It almost goes in the way of showing that people living in New York have a delusional hubris that they need to get out of.
I thought she did a good job, great when considering she’s not a professional. I think if she did her act as Jen Psaki trying to do a stand up act, and throw in a few of the regulars in the other skits they have in the audience like Conan O’Brien used to, that could be awesome.

@@Colin13ify - no doubt about that. As much as I enjoy Gutfeld, who rose to prominence the past couple months, he's not Jon Stewart. That comparison maybe apples to oranges. My observation of Gutfeld is that mockery is certainly the thematic style of his late night. That tendency spills over into routine jabs at Kat. It's alright for a couple of times, until it gets old as that school bully who picks on the weak kid in the hall.
Kat's attempts to distance herself from Gutfeld's mockery is noticeable, even when it's subtle. I appreciate her confidence to try things out in front of an Audience that isn't New York. It almost goes in the way of showing that people living in New York have a delusional hubris that they need to get out of.
I love her she reminds me of my daughter, her looks..And she's telling it like it really is..And she's just starting out I think😘

I thought she did a good job, great when considering she’s not a professional. I think if she did her act as Jen Psaki trying to do a stand up act, and throw in a few of the regulars in the other skits they have in the audience like Conan O’Brien used to, that could be awesome.
