Great stuff as usual. For the record though, I don't favor MOA. Both MIL and MOA work quite well and it comes down to what you're used to and what your buddies are using. There is a slight advantage to MOA when using it for determining trophy size at distance and MIL has some decimal based advantages but the both get the job done.
MOA is also a more fine adjustment, lending itself well to long distance precision if you can get good at the math not being as clean as the decimal system. .1 MIL, if memory serves, is roughly equivalent to 1/3 of an inch at 100 yards which can cause some minor issues at extended ranges. Probably not a big deal for the hunter types or most normal shooters, but for those wanting to eek out every ounce of precision, MOA is a bit more fine, so long as you're getting 1/4 MOA adjustments of course
Sir, i have question... On KRG site, i cant find option for bergara x ray chassis.... Is Rem 700 short action chassis same for bergara, or what? I cant understand that. Thank you for help. Best regards.

I believe, if I'm correct, the Bergara has a Remington 700 footprint. That's how it was explained to me.
